Change requests will require a cancellation of the original order and a new order will be placed for the correct product(s). Returns:
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. No opened or used product will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your credit card. PayPal transactions are time-sensitive; any PayPal orders over 90 days may not be available to be reprocessed.
