If you’re not happy with a purchase, please contact us and we’ll help make it right. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will happily make an exchange or refund your money on unused items. We will accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of your original purchase. The product should be in the original box and/or packaging.

Please note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds of any kind for products that were not purchased directly from us. Products that were not purchased from us should be returned to the store where they were originally purchased.
A refund credit will be applied to your credit card after receipt of the returned products. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.
To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-998-6367 Monday through Friday CT, or email us before 11 a.m. CT on the day you placed your order. We will make every effort to cancel your order. However, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has entered the shipping process.
Because we’re focused on promptly shipping customer orders, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled, but we will make every effort to do so.
